Vicki Stoddart, Piano
Mrs. Stoddart is a Piano instructor and Musical Beginnings instructor.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music, with an emphasis in
Piano Pedagogy and a minor in Psychology from Eastern Michigan
University. She has 30 years of teaching experience, including
teaching Piano, Keyboard, Theory, Yamaha Music for Kids, Musical
Beginnings, and General Music in Elementary Education (K - 3rd Grade).
She is currently writing a teaching method book for Piano/Keyboard
students.
Vicki's teaching philosophy is to provide a prescribed balance
of all aspects of music and the instrument including theory,
technique, sight reading, ear training, improvisation, repertoire, and
performance to optimize each student's musical potential.
