Aki Ohazama, violin
Aki Ohazama holds a Masters of Music degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory. A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Aki Ohazama entered the violin studio of Professor Eliot Chapo at Florida State University¹s School of Music at age 14.
Along with extensive orchestral experience, Ms. Ohazama is an active chamber musician and has performed all along the eastern United States. Ms. Ohazama has 10 years of teaching experience varying from a registered Suzuki instructor to practice coach for pre-college students. She has previously taught in Pittsburgh, PA at Center for Young Musicians, Yale University undergraduates, and Bethwood Suzuki School in Woodbridge, CT.
